The Reasons Why You Suddenly Wake Up With An Intense Legs Cramp at the Middle of the Night and Here's How To Fix It

Cramps typically happen during at night or in the morning, many people are often suffering from this condition. This condition occurs typically happen in a sudden and fast spasm or contraction of the muscles located in the feet, calves, and thighs.

These nighttime leg cramps normally appear when the patient has fallen asleep or right after they’ve opened their eyes in the morning.
